Are You Ready for Mudd, Sweat & Tears - Regina Style
- August 25, 2017

Are you a quitter? Are you a whiner? Are you afraid of challenges and obstacles? Do you like to keep yourself clean and tidy? Then Mudd, Sweat & Tears is NOT the race for you!
The legendary race is coming to Mission Ridge Winter Park in Fort Qu’Appelle Saskatchewan – just 75 kilometres outside Regina - on September 23.
This epic 10-kilometre mud obstacle run of extreme proportions includes signature obstacles designed by an actual Army Cadets trainer. Thankfully, the event encourages teamwork if anyone is struggling to get past the obstacles.
Course elements vary from nine-foot walls and quarter pipes to steep ascents, fast descents, narrow trail runs - and everything in between. And – of course – lots and lots of mud.
The course is designed to be tough, but achievable. It’s all about taking on Mother Nature and mud-racing that makes the very most of the natural obstacles of the landscape, so you can expect natural elevation, monkey bars, tire traps, walls, quarter pipes and wooden obstacles. There are no artificial gimmicks at Mudd, Sweat & Tears – just all-natural challenges that will test your grit.
So prepare yourself to get dirty. Very dirty.
Racers can enter as individuals or teams and everyone wins a t-shirt, a medal and a drink ticket!
