Celebrate the arrival of the CP Canada 150 Train on August 2!

Get ready to welcome the CP Canada 150 Train to Regina with an array of performances and activities for the whole family! This 3-hour event will consist of an array activities ranging from children designing their own conductor’s hat to enthusiasts seeing images pulled from CP’s original archives.  CP is inviting you and your family and friends on August 2^nd to celebrate a day dedicated to the reconnection of all generations as the Canada 150 train crosses our beautiful city.

A Historic Wonder

The iconic diesel locomotive CP 1401 built in 1958 leads the restored Royal Canadian Pacific heritage cars across the country to reconnect all of the different generations of Canadians through beautiful and insightful stories. A perfect occasion for families to learn and photographers to capture, this will be a day to never forget! 

Live Performances

To make the day even more exciting, both Dallas Arcand and Dean Brody will be performing. Dallas Arcand is an Aboriginal entertainer and will be showing the crowd his world-renowned athleticism and grace through his superb hoop dance. Dean Brody is a country music superstar from Jaffray, B.C. and is the perfect complement to the day. With 13 Canadian Country Music Awards and 2 Junos, Brody will definitely bring down the house!
